The Annual Benefit Concert for Lake Travis Crisis Ministries 2024!

Hudson Bend Middle School Choir

All choirs combined!

Thank you to everyone who performed and attended the Benefit Concert for LTCM, at Lakeway Church on October 20, 2024. The Benefit Concert supporting the Lake Travis Crisis Ministries was a resounding success. The afternoon was filled with wonderful, inspiring music provided by the choirs of the Lakeway Church, Lake Travis United Methodist Church, Hudson Bend Middle School, Lake Travis High School Varsity Mixed Choir, and the Wildflowers. The event, held to raise funds for LTCM’s food and financial aid programs, was a testament to the power of music to inspire and unite the community.

There was also a moving tribute to Mark Savage-Rains, who was the Director of Traditional Worship at Lakeway Church from 2006-2024. Mark was also one of the originators of this Benefit Concert, bringing together local choirs to perform and raise funds for LTCM. Mark’s sudden death last summer saddened many from our community. His inspiration and the Benefit Concert were shining examples of how the arts can be leveraged to support important causes and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
