About LTCM

Lake Travis Crisis Ministries Food Pantry was founded in 1988 by volunteers from a local church. The purpose was simple: assist single mothers with food for their families. Now, LTCM is an ecumenical, 501 c(3) organization that helps thousands of families living in the Lake Travis area with food and financial needs. LTCM is an all-volunteer organization, depending on volunteers from our community.

LTCM is supported by local churches, individuals, businesses, foundations, charities, schools, and civic organizations

  • LTCM distributed over 75,000 pounds of food in 2021

  • LTCM responded to 2,078 requests for food and/or financial assistance in 2021, impacting the lives of over 6,000 individuals

  • 85% of our 2021 total expenses were paid out as client benefits
